# 0.6.7 — Instagram, markup in page texts and a path prefix

> What Veriqa gained in stage 0.6.7: the Instagram Direct channel, markup in sign-in page texts, running the host under a path prefix and buttons in the chat after sign-in.

> [!NOTE]
>
> A development stage from October 8 to 9, 2026. There is no 0.6.7 package: these changes shipped in
> [0.7.0](https://veriqa.app/docs/releases/0.7.md).

## Instagram

Instagram Direct is now built into the core: the user signs in through a conversation with
your Instagram account — see [Instagram](https://veriqa.app/docs/guides/channels.md#instagram).

## The sign-in page

* **Inline markup in `Title`, `Instruction` and a channel hint** — see
  [Markup in the title, the instruction and a channel hint](https://veriqa.app/docs/guides/customization.md#markup-in-the-title-the-instruction-and-a-channel-hint).
* The built-in instruction names only what the page shows, and a single-channel page names its
  channel.
* A new page for an expired sign-in.
* The claim completion state is visible in the channel; the Telegram phone keyboard is removed after
  the answer; "Cancel sign-in" sits under the completion form.

## Channels

The `Menu` and `Redirect` post-actions for Telegram and MAX set what the bot shows after the sign-in;
see [Veriqa:CompletionBehavior](https://veriqa.app/docs/reference/configuration.md#veriqacompletionbehavior).

## The standalone server and operations

The host can run under a base path prefix, set by `Veriqa:PathBase` — see
[Under a path prefix](https://veriqa.app/docs/guides/reverse-proxy.md#under-a-path-prefix).

## What to check when you upgrade

* **`Title`, `Instruction` and a channel hint are read as HTML.** Review your values for `&`, `<`
  and `>`.
* **Some sign-in page text keys have changed.** Move your own wording to the new key.

The key table and the rest of the list are in
[What to check when you upgrade from 0.6.1](https://veriqa.app/docs/releases/0.7.md#what-to-check-when-you-upgrade-from-061).
