# Claude Code: a long command cycle

> The Claude Code plugin holds the start of a long command cycle until a person approves it.

The same plugin guards the start of a long command cycle — here a `/cycle` run, which burns time and tokens once it starts.

## What the video shows

1. The cycle is requested; the plugin holds it and the session shows a Veriqa QR code.
2. The person scans it and opens Telegram.
3. The bot asks whether Claude Code may start the cycle; the person taps **Confirm**.
4. The cycle starts only after the approval.
