# Claude Code: two approvers

> A costly run with a cost estimate starts only after two people approve it in their messengers in turn.

The costliest of the three plugin demos: a run estimated at 1 billion input and 50 million output tokens, about 6250 USD. It needs two approvers in turn — a developer, then a manager — each from their own messenger account enrolled beforehand.

## What the video shows

1. The run is requested; the session shows a QR code for the developer.
2. The developer confirms in Telegram — step 1 of 2.
3. A new QR code is shown for the manager; the manager reads the estimate in their own messenger and taps **Decline**.
4. The run is **not approved**: nothing starts, and both decisions land in the audit trail.
