# Sign-in on a desktop

## What the video shows

1. On the public support page the user clicks **Sign in to see your tickets**.
2. The sign-in window shows a QR code; the user scans it with the phone camera.
3. Telegram asks to confirm the sign-in to "Helio Support", naming the request as coming from Chrome on Windows; the user taps **Confirm**.
4. The page shows **Sign-in successful!** and opens the customer card — name, Telegram `@username`, a masked user id — and the ticket list.
