# Step-up on a desktop

> Helio in a desktop browser: deleting a ticket takes a confirmation in the messenger.

The signed-in Helio customer deletes a ticket. Deletion cannot be undone, so it is not applied until the customer confirms it in the messenger.

## What the video shows

1. The customer clicks **Delete** on ticket #A-900; the **Deleting ticket #A-900** dialog shows a QR code.
2. They scan it with the phone and open Telegram.
3. The bot asks to confirm deleting ticket A-900 and warns it cannot be undone; the customer taps **Confirm**.
4. The dialog reports **Confirmed. The ticket is deleted.** and the ticket leaves the list.
