# Sign-in on a phone

> Helio on a phone: no QR code — the channel button opens the messenger on the same device.

The same Helio sample in a mobile browser. When the sign-in starts on the phone itself there is nothing to scan: the user taps the channel button.

## What the video shows

1. On the support page the user taps **Sign in to see your tickets**.
2. The sign-in window offers **Open in Telegram** instead of a QR code.
3. Telegram asks to confirm the sign-in to "Helio Support", naming the request as coming from Chrome Mobile on Android; the user taps **Confirm**.
4. Back in the browser — **Sign-in successful!**, the customer card and the ticket list.
