# Step-up on a phone

> Helio on a phone: closing a ticket is approved in Telegram on the same device.

The signed-in Helio customer closes a ticket from the phone. The confirmation happens in the messenger on the same device.

## What the video shows

1. The customer taps **Resolved** on ticket #A-845; the **Closing ticket #A-845** dialog offers **Approve in Telegram**.
2. The bot asks **Mark ticket A-845 "Duplicate charge for one order" as resolved?** — the customer taps **Confirm**.
3. Back in the browser the dialog reports **Confirmed. The ticket is closed.** and the ticket turns **Resolved**.
