Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-07-18 Version: 1.3

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the public website at veriqa.app, including its interactive demo (together, the "Website"). Veriqa is an independent software project operated by its developer ("Veriqa", "we", "us").

Merely viewing the informational pages does not make you a customer, licensee, subscriber, or commercial partner of Veriqa. By affirmatively starting or using the demo, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Scope

The Website provides information about Veriqa and a non-production demonstration of how the technology works. These Terms do not grant a license to the Veriqa software, source code, APIs, repositories, or documentation. Any such rights are governed by the applicable repository license or a separate written agreement.

Nothing on the Website is an offer to sell, a service-level commitment, or a promise to provide particular functionality in the future.

Demo rules

The demo is provided only for evaluation and illustration. It does not create a user account or commercial relationship. You must not use it to protect a production system, make a legally significant identity decision, or process confidential, sensitive, regulated, or production data.

When using the Website or demo, you must not:

  • use a channel account or identifier that you do not own or have permission to use;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority;
  • submit information that the demo does not request;
  • interfere with security, authentication, availability, or operation;
  • attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or create excessive load; or
  • use the Website or demo unlawfully or to violate another person's rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms.

Third-party services

The demo may communicate with third-party channel providers, such as Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX, email providers, and other supported providers. Those services are operated independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Veriqa is not responsible for third-party services or external links.

Intellectual property

The Website, its content, and the Veriqa name and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Website for its intended purpose, but no other license or ownership right is granted under these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Website and demo are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The demo may be incomplete, experimental, unavailable, changed, reset, or discontinued at any time.

A successful demo result illustrates the operation of the technology. It is not a certification or warranty of a person's identity, authority, legal capacity, or right to access any system.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veriqa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Website, the demo, reliance on Website content, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or demo at any time.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to devs@veriqa.app.
