The signed-in Helio customer deletes a ticket. Deletion cannot be undone, so it is not applied until the customer confirms it in the messenger.

What the video shows

  1. The customer clicks Delete on ticket #A-900; the Deleting ticket #A-900 dialog shows a QR code.
  2. They scan it with the phone and open Telegram.
  3. The bot asks to confirm deleting ticket A-900 and warns it cannot be undone; the customer taps Confirm.
  4. The dialog reports Confirmed. The ticket is deleted. and the ticket leaves the list.
